A quiet room,
a patient wheel.
Studio Harewood lives in a light-filled warehouse in Sydney's inner west. It's a single room with good north light, a wheel that has thrown a thousand pots, and a hare who sometimes watches from the garden.
The work is shaped by the place — earthy clay bodies, ash glazes pulled from local wood, and a colour palette borrowed from bracken, bone, and bark. Each piece is made one at a time, never in molds, never in haste.
